30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within 24 hours with simple instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — usually with no need to return the item.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain used pet products (such as opened food or worn items) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover all costs.
