Thank you for shopping with PetGrow. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery times
Because we work with specialist suppliers to bring you a carefully curated range for dogs and cats, estimated delivery times are:
- Greece & European Union: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, sales periods, or due to customs processing and courier delays that are outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over €40 ship free. Any applicable shipping charge is shown before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking
Every order is sent with a tracking number, which we email to you once your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated within 7 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrectly or incompletely provided address.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, and we'll work with you to resolve it — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
